In Biodanza, we move to music using the simple and natural movements of everyday living - including circles, taking hands, encounters, hugs, touch, witnessing, and moving together in rhythm, music, and joy. No advanced training is necessary. Just an open and curious mind and heart.

This somatic approach to joy and interaction invites participants the chance to move to impactful music from around the world and expand their innate capacity for deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the world.
